Christmas and New Year: please enquire for rates. Short breaks (from 2 nights) are available year round except for July/August/Chrismas/New Year. Please contact us for details and prices.

Rates are fully inclusive of bed-linen, towels, heating, electricity, taxes etc.

The apartment is serviced (change of bed-linen, towels etc) on a weekly basis for lets of 14 nights or more and this is included in the price.

Please note that the apartment is completely non-smoking and can accommodation a maximum of four persons. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at the apartment.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal (a 4% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions).

Payment terms for short breaks:

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. If payment has not been received within seven days of the initial enquiry, the apartment may be re-advertised for letting.

Payment terms for breaks of seven nights or more:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable no later than four weeks before arrival. If the deposit has not been received within seven days of the initial enquiry, the apartment may be re-advertised for letting.

Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation we will always try out best to re-let the property for your dates and if successful will refund the whole amount received for the let to you. However as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-let, especially when a cancellation is made close to the arrival date, we recommend that you take out private holiday cancellation insurance for your own peace of mind.
