The building – formerly a block of Victorian artisans’ dwellings – was converted into a modern apartment block in 1990. We completed a further full renovation of the property in 2009.

Full of historic pubs, excellent restaurants, second hand bookshops and funky clothes and retro shops, the Grassmarket is a wonderful place to stroll and browse.
