Welcome to Castle View Apartment:

Castle View Apartment is a stylish two double bedroomed apartment in the historic Grassmarket area of Edinburgh’s Old Town. On the second floor of an 1870s listed Victorian building (previously a block of artisans’ dwellings), the apartment has just been completely refurbished to a high standard (work was completed in February 2009). There are wonderful views to Edinburgh Castle from the living room and second bedroom, and the apartment provides the perfect base for visiting Edinburgh whether on holiday or business.

Castle View Apartment sleeps 4 people and rates are from £395 per week. Short breaks are sometimes available from £225 for 3 nights: please email or call for availability. For lets of longer than one week the apartment can be serviced on a weekly basis by arrangement.

Apartment Details:

Two comfortable double bedrooms: one has a UK double sized bed, the other a UK king sized bed. Quality bed linen supplied. Views to Edinburgh Castle from bedroom 2.
Stylish living room, open to kitchen, with cable TV/ DVD, CD player/DAB radio with iPod dock, wireless broadband internet. Views to Edinburgh Castle.
Newly fitted kitchen, very well equipped with oven/hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc: everything you’ll need, whether it’s to make a cup of coffee or help prepare a three course dinner.
Newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower.
We provide all bed linen, towels, tea-towels etc, a starter kitchen pack (coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, butter, preserves, croissants etc) and complimentary toiletries. Just ask if we can help with anything else.
For lets of more than one week, the apartment can be serviced on a weekly basis by arrangement.

Tariff and booking details:

January*, February, March: £395 per week
April, May: £495 per week
June: £595 per week
July: £795 per week
August: £895 per week
September: £595 per week
October, November, December*: £395 per week
* Christmas and new year: tariff £895 per week
Weekly lets normally run from Saturday to Saturday, but other arrival/departure days may be possible: please email or call for availability.
Short breaks are sometimes available from £225 for 3 nights: please email or call for availability.
Rates include towels, bed linen and heating/electricity.
50% deposit payable to secure booking (100% for lets of less than one week).
Balance payable four weeks prior to start of stay.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Check-in: from 3pm on afternoon of arrival and check-out: by 11am on morning of departure.
Castle View Apartment is completely non-smoking.
Regretfully pets cannot be accommodated at Castle View Apartment.
